Welcome to Kentucky Circle Village

KCV is a community made up of thirty-one buildings on eight and a half acres of land convenient to the heart of Denver, Aurora and Glendale. A part of the Denver landscape since 1959, KCV is an established neighborhood with a variety of apartment styles and a welcoming atmosphere.

Kentucky Circle Village was developed by three church entities as a non-profit organization providing an opportunity for independent living for people over the age of fifty-five in a truly unique community.
