Kentucky Circle Village provides the following services for carefree living:

•  Bus service:

  • Two regularly scheduled weekly trips to the neighborhood
    King Soopers, $.25.

  • One regularly scheduled weekly trip to Cherry Creek
    shopping mall, $.40

•  Gas, electric and water costs included

•  Lawn and apartment maintenance

•  On-call, after-hours staff

•  Open-end Occupancy Agreement

•  Pet with deposit

•  Quiet premises, restricted to those 62+

•  Snow removal

•  Some apartments ADA accessible

•  Visiting Nurse services scheduled monthly for a nominal fee

•  Well-lighted grounds and parking areas
